Terms of Use
Local Notion Watchlist is a personal desktop tool for copying video links and metadata from a configured YouTube playlist to the account owner's Notion knowledge base. It is not a public hosted sync service.
Authorized accounts and content
Use the integration only with accounts and workspaces you own or are authorized to access. You choose the source playlist and destination workspace, authorize Google read access and connect the services required for the sync. Follow the applicable terms of Google, YouTube, OpenAI/Codex and Notion and respect content owners' rights.
What the integration does
The integration reads playlist and video metadata, checks for existing Notion entries and saves new resources. It does not download audiovisual content, retrieve transcripts or modify your YouTube playlist or likes. Links and metadata are resource references, not a permanent backup of a video.
Availability and your records
Sync depends on your computer, the configured automation, valid authorization, API availability and service limits. A video can become unavailable; a provider can change an API or revoke access. Review saved results and keep backups of records that matter to you. The tool is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit excluding.
Privacy and stopping use
Read the Privacy Policy for data access, local storage and transfers through Codex and Notion. You can stop the automation and revoke Google access at any time. Delete existing local records, Notion entries and Codex histories separately if desired.

This tool is operated by Jace Yang. It is not an official Google, YouTube, Notion or OpenAI product and does not imply endorsement by those providers. Their names identify the services the integration uses.
